A ledger you can actually search
Filters live in the URL, so a view is a link you can send. A table on the desktop, cards on a phone, and the full lifecycle: confirm, reject, delete, restore, notes, and a sanitised timeline per expense.
Private beta
Cluenta turns a photo sent to a Telegram bot into a reviewed household expense — categorised, counted against a budget, and visible to everyone who shares the money. No spreadsheet, no month-end catch-up.

How it works
The tedious part of tracking expenses is the typing. Cluenta removes that part and keeps the part where a person decides what is true.

What it does
Budgets, dashboards and streaks are computed by the backend and rendered exactly as received. The screens show what the server decided, never a number the browser worked out on the way.
Filters live in the URL, so a view is a link you can send. A table on the desktop, cards on a phone, and the full lifecycle: confirm, reject, delete, restore, notes, and a sanitised timeline per expense.
A household target with optional rollover, plus a limit per category. Spend, remaining, pace and carried surplus are computed on the server and rendered as received.
Period, category and merchant exploration with comparison cards, a spending trend, a daily calendar, and drilldowns into the exact filtered ledger behind any figure.
Cmd/Ctrl+K searches expenses, categories and payment methods across the household, keeps recent searches, and goes full-screen on a phone.
Rent, the gym, the phone bill: a schedule generates proposals you confirm, so standing costs arrive the same way everything else does.
Members, invitations, and notification preferences per person. Everyone sees the ledger; the destructive actions stay with the owner.
Issue, rotate and revoke the API keys n8n and other callers authenticate with. The plaintext secret is shown once, at issue, and never again.
Subscribe to what happens in the household, and read the delivery history when something downstream claims it never arrived.
Your data
Cluenta holds what people spend and photographs of where they spent it. That deserves an exit, a pause, and a delete button that all actually work.
A complete JSON or CSV export of the household, on the owner’s request. Not a summary — the data.
Archiving a household is reversible: a recovery screen restores it, exports it, or deletes it for good.
Permanent deletion reports itself as in progress until Account, Expenses, Delivery and Audit have each finished — not the moment the button is pressed.

Anything this does not answer, ask —hello@cluenta.com.
Not yet. Cluenta runs as a private beta for a handful of households while its services are separated. Ask for an invite and you will hear when there is room.
No. The bot is the fastest way to get a receipt in, but expenses can be added and edited by hand in the app, with exact decimal amounts and no rounding on the way in.
The baseline is EUR, the Europe/Madrid timezone and an English interface. Several currencies inside one household are not supported yet.
Everyone in the household sees the shared ledger and the budgets. The actions you cannot undo casually stay with the owner: export, archive, permanent erasure, and the API keys.
In object storage, reached through short-lived links rather than public URLs, and available from the expense they belong to for as long as that expense exists.
The web app is responsive and built mobile-first, so it works as one on a phone. A React Native client sharing the same API contract is planned, not started.
A spreadsheet needs someone to type into it every week. Cluenta takes the receipt you already photographed, proposes the expense, and asks one person for one confirmation — and then computes the budget arithmetic on the server so two people never see two different totals.
The beta is free and asks for no card. Nothing has been decided about what happens after it.
Tell us how your household tracks money today and how many of you there are. Places open as the services are separated, and you will hear when one does.
